Welcome to Fazz Locker, a mobile application developed and operated by Fazz Locker ("we," "our," or "us").

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the Fazz Locker App. By downloading, installing, registering, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Fazz Locker

Fazz Locker is an EMI recovery support application designed to help financial institutions and their authorized teams manage EMI recovery activities. The App helps verify customer information, manage recovery records, track payment status, verify addresses, and support recovery operations.

The App does not provide loans, financial advice, or payment processing services.

2. Who Can Use the App

You may use Fazz Locker only if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal right to use the App.
• You provide accurate and complete information.
• You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you are using the App on behalf of a company or financial institution, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your information accurate and up to date.
• All activities performed using your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. App Permissions
